This experience inspired her lifelong commitment to people-centric solutions as a public sector management consultant. She learned organizational change complexities and improved her skills here.

 

Dionne's insatiable curiosity led her to top universities. She graduated from the GE Human Resources Leadership Program, where she learned leadership from top business leaders. She later changed culture at Tiffany & Co. through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
